Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are issued as a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as leggings, bodysuits, swimsuits, earrings, sunglasses,  or final sale items cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items with scents, makeup or deodorant stains
- Shipping fees

To complete your return, we require a receipt an an email stating the reason for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to sending a return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued as a store credit.  We will issue your store credit within 3-5 business days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@preciouswinks.com and send your item to: Precious Winks, 3470 McClure Bridge Rd Unit 500, Duluth GA 30096, United States.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
